This notice covers enquiries sent through this website or directly to kennychew@kenaiplus.my. Kenny Chew is the contact for questions about your enquiry and the information you provide.
What you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, work email, area of interest and a description of what you want to improve. Please do not include confidential business records, credentials or sensitive personal information.
Why it is used
Your information is used to review and respond to your request, clarify your situation and discuss a possible engagement. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
How it reaches us
When the form is available, it passes your enquiry to the website’s mail handler for delivery to Kenny’s business mailbox. Hosting and email services process the request as part of that delivery. If the mail service cannot accept the enquiry, use the direct email option.
The mail handler keeps a temporary salted hash of a submitting network address and an attempt count to limit spam. It does not store enquiry text in that record. The limit expires after 15 minutes; expired entries are cleared when another enquiry is processed. The hosting provider may also maintain access and mail logs under its own service settings.
Local interactions and demonstrations
The reporting demonstration uses fictional records and scripted behaviour. It does not upload business data or call a live AI model. Motion controls and demonstration choices are held in the current browser session. This release does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
Follow-up and questions
Contact kennychew@kenaiplus.my if you need to correct information in an enquiry, request its deletion or ask how it is being handled. Enquiry records may need to be retained where required for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.
